Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
ONLINE PAYMENT
We accept all major credit and debit cards. If you would like to pay by a credit or debit card then please select that option and provide the details requested. The delivery address MUST be the same as the credit card. Payment will be processed by Paypal.
CHEQUE OR POSTAL ORDER
If you would prefer to send a cheque or Postal Order as payment, then simply select that option and then print out the invoice and send with your payment to:

Shipping And Handling
Postage costs are calculated to be as close as possible to the actual cost of postage.
Delivery Schedule
Every effort will be made to dispatch your order within a couple of days of it being received. Please allow 28 days for delivery.
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS
All downloadable songs are in MP3 format and are available for download immediately after payment has been accepted. On the WorldPay Thank You page, click on "View Merchant Receipt" for details on how to download. An email will also be sent to you with details. You have 48 hours from the time of purchase to download all the files you have purchased. They are at a quality of 128kB/s, 44.1kHz. File sizes vary between 2-6MB.

Credit Card Security
All credit card payments are processed by Paypal through their secure servers.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

COOLING OFF PERIOD
By law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you. This applies to all of our products except for digital items where the item has been downloaded. We regret that we also cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of audio products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel your purchase under this cooling-off period or return a faulty item, please email us at customerservice@deckard.info, giving the reason for the return and your order number. Please then package the relevant item securely and send it to us, with an note of your order number, so that we receive it within seven working days (30 days for a faulty item) of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you. For your protection, we suggest that you use a recorded-delivery service.
DELIVERY CHARGES
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and your costs in returning it to us. We will notify you via e-mail when we have processed your return. This may take up to three weeks.
Remittance Terms
For online payments goods will be dispatched without delay on our receipt of your order. For payments by cheque or postal order goods will be dispatched after the funds have cleared.
